We perform American Land Title Association (ALTA) Land Title or Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS) Land Title Surveys, for either large commercial, industrial, or retail projects.

We perform topographic surveys for stock piles, volumes, or other survey information and topographic design surveys which includes subsurface information by either field collection or record.

We perform construction layout services for all phases and types of construction, from single family, multi-family, commercial, industrial and retail sites. We are TXDOT pre-certified as well as a Dallas Area Rapid Transit and City of Dallas approved vendor.

We provide the services to prepare pre-construction and post-construction FEMA Flood Certificates.

We perform all necessary research for the land title surveys as well as research for deed plats and deed sketches. Ownership records. We research all available public records, county clerks and appraisal records, federal registries and city records.

We perform surveying services for the energy sector, easements, well locations, solar, wind farms.

We offer complete Platting solutions, including meeting with County or City staff, develop the plat requirements and submittal for approvals, we also work with consulting engineers to be a partner in the platting process on development projects.

We are licensed FAA Part 107 sUAS pilots and have extensive training and experience utilizing drone technology to capture 2D and 3D imaging for either visual use or topographic mapping. The technology reduces the footprint on the ground, allows capture of data otherwise not obtainable, and allows quicker and reliable data.

Our licensed Surveyors provide legal expertise to the title and legal industry with dispute mediation as well as expert witness for matters pertaining to Land Surveying. We have extensive knowledge with Appraisal Companies determining location and matters of title/ownership.
